Developmental Life Skills

Developmental Life Skills focuses on teaching daily living skills to help people live as independently as possible. Centre of Care Services offers life skills training both individually and in group settings. This training covers daily activities, communication, social skills, problem-solving, and managing support funding.

Healthy Eating: We provide guidance on nutrition and dietary habits.
Shopping: We offer advice and support to help with shopping tasks.
Financial Management: We assist with preparing resumes, job interviews, managing salary, and expenses.
