Community Nursing Care
Our community nursing care program trains participants to manage their health in areas like medication, wound care, hygiene, and help with showering or dressing. A registered nurse or medical practitioner monitors the patient’s progress and adjusts the treatment and medication as needed.

Services Offered: Community Nursing Care is designed for participants with complex health needs that require medical training and experience. Our NDIS community nursing care is necessary for individuals with:
- Very limited communication
- Behaviour support needs
- Medical needs or procedures such as ventilation or home enteral nutrition
- Complex Bowel Care
- Enteral Feeding and Management (Nasogastric Tube – Jejunum or Duodenum)
- Tracheostomy Management
- Urinary Catheter Management (In-dwelling, In-out, Suprapubic Catheter)
- Subcutaneous Injections
- Complex Wound Management
- Day-to-day management of medications
