Accommodation SIL/STA/MTA

Our consultants ensure all participants’ needs are met in our NDIS rental properties. We provide support for:

  • Medication schedules and needs
  • Personal care, like bathing and dressing
  • Meal preparation and cooking
  • Dietary requirements
If you prefer to stay at home, we can offer the same support there as well.

Length of Stay: Participants can stay at our properties for any period, from a day to a month, based on their NDIS funding.

Support for All Ages: We support both children and adults, ensuring participants stay with others of their age group for a comfortable experience.

Short-Term Accommodation (STA): STA helps reduce carer burnout, ease stress in relationships, and provides access to services for participants in rural areas. STA offers benefits such as opportunities to socialize and access other services during your stay.

Supported Independent Living (SIL): SIL provides support for daily tasks and offers participants more choice and control. You can access SIL accommodation if you live at home with your family, alone, or share with others, as long as you have a private space. Our Service Manager, an experienced RN, will help determine if your accommodation qualifies for SIL.

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA): MTA provides transitional housing for up to 90 days, ideal for situations like moving from hospital to a more permanent home. Participants in MTA must cover their own food and daily living costs from their income, not through the NDIS plan.
